Checking Firmware Versions

The process of checking the firmware versions is a simple 1 or 2 step process.

  1. If the printer is on, turn it off.
  2. If the printer is off, power it on while observing the printers display.

The boot screen will display the Monoprice logo and two numbers that are separated by a period/full stop.

These numbers represent the Motion Controller and UI Controller(LCD) firmware versions.

In the pictures below the first number “40” is referring to the Motion Controller and the second number “113.2” refers to the UI/LCD Controller version.
